Journée très froide de Janvier, il faissait -30 avec le vent à Montréal. Comme la vallée de la Montagne du Tranchant est au soleil et protégée du vent, la température était fort supportable. La glace était cependant très dûre, comme du béton. Un très beau spot, encore méconnu du publique. Nous avons été seul toute la journée. Différent du trop populaire Shawbridge! Very cold day of January, it was -30c with the wind factor in Montreal. Since the valley of the Montagne du Tranchant is in the sun and protected from the wind, the cold was not a problem. The ice was very very hard, like concrete. A wonderfull spot unknown from the masses, we where alone all day. Changes from the too popular Shawbridge!
