We have used these soft-shell pants for more then 6 months in all sorts of conditions. From ice climbing in polar conditions, to snow filled passes in Pakistan and for autumn hiking. In two words: very versatile! Comfortable, stretchy and durable mostly due to the choice of Schoeller material.

The waist is elastic and come with it's own low-profile belt, reducing the bulk under a climbing harness. Also elastic at the bottom, you can easily fit the over bulky hard shell mountaineering boots
